Traditional Program

 

This live program includes lots of instructor attention in our small classes. It is designed for the individual looking for a traditional classroom learning experience who has little to no experience and needs to develop hands-on evaluation and fabrication skills in a slow paced environment.

Program length is 3 weeks live. Existing ABC / BOC Therapeutic Shoe Fitters recieve a $300 discount. This program format is only offered 2 times a year. Call for schedule.
 

 
Level

Description

This course includes instruction in Pedorthic Fundamentals, Shoe fitting, Shoe Construction & Modification, Basic Anatomy, Biomechanics, Pathology, Medical Terminology, Prefabricated Foot Orthoses & Retail Shoe Business & Management. Classes meet 8 am to 5 pm, M-F and must be completed before proceeding to Level 2. Final examination is required. Tuition: $750
This course includes instruction in Biomechanics & Pathomechanics of the Foot, Pedorthic Evaluation. Foot Orthoses Fabrication & Shoe Modification. Classes meet 8 am to 5 pm, M-F and must be completed before proceeding to Level 3. Final examination is required. Tuition: $1500
This course includes instruction in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathomechanics & Systemic Disease, Custom Molded Shoes, Subtalar Control Foot Orthoses, Patient Management Implementation and Practice Management. Classes meet 8 am to 5 pm, M-F and must be completed before final certificate is issued. Final examination is required. Tuition: $750
